Shonie Carter will be conducting a seminar before the next WEC on 10/20/04 in Fresno, CA.

Topics to be covered include:
Conditioning,
Diet/Nutrition,
Striking skills (hands,elbows,knees,kicks)
Defensive skills,
Ground Fighting,
Question and Answer Session

All paid attendees will be permitted to video tape the seminar and take photos.

Cost is $75 per person.
