Yeah, I have to avoid the UG, Twitter, FB and most media outlets I use until I get chance to watch it the next day for fear of spoilers...  Very rarely watch the events live due to the time difference.  The one chance we would actually get to see a non UK event live at a reasonable time and theyre going to show it on delay anyway!

I'd say get a few hours of sleep. Otherwise it'll be hard to watch it all.
