In terms of flying them out earlier to get accustomed to the elevation and supplying untainted beef so they don't liss hot? 
Im sure flying them out early would not be a problem. Finding a training camp and a place to stay would be difficult. And if they dont speak spanish they are kind of shit out of luck. But if they are going to continue to do shows in mexico city they absolutely should set up something for these guys. I still remember yair rodriguez vomiting after his fight there.
