how bad did those hurt rich? i just watched the fight for like the 5th time, and i think they both hurt rich quite a bit. in fact, i think the back kick really took the wind out of his sails and set up the sequence that led to the near-KO at the end of round 1, which led to the KO in early round 2.

No, I noticed the same thing, the spinning back kick hurt Rich. The spinning back fist, not so much.

yeah, the backfist maybe just surprised him and threw him off a bit
