Irule - I bought the season pass which said it include Ubereem, but he's nowhere to be found.
He may only be able to be used on exhibition matches. So in those just hit left or right at the character section screen to get the different groups of fighter selections.

go to www.ufcundisputed.com and hit up thq on there. I was under the impression if you bought the season pass you got him. If you did try and get him on facebook there should be a link on the ufcundisputed forums

And for Irule, when you're on the main menu of the game, press X (I believe) to go the Xbox marketplace and that should take you to where you can get the stuff included in your season pass.
