I say Strickland. He gets louder pops at the press conferences, weigh ins, and in the arenas. Izzy was a great champion, but I think Sean’s star power has surpassed him at this point. I sure didn’t see this coming a few years ago

I’d would say they’re on the same level……

You have to remember, it hasn’t been THAT long since IA KO’d the hottest fighter on the planet fighting in the UFC.

And I personally scored the the DDP vs Strickland for DDP.

I’d love to see a rematch between the two of them

There are no “stars”. ufc is the star. The fighters are just the guys. Conor and Ronda were the only “stars” the ufc ever had and they are still B list celebrities.
