I need to buy a rash guard for a christmas present for a solid 230lb male, who is looking to cut to 205. No clue on what size to get...I was assuming XL but I've never worn a rash guard so I don't know how they fit. Any suggestions?
Depends on the brand, but in my experience they run a little large; I am 175 and normally wear a large shirt, but wear a medium MFE rashguard. XL is probably right for your gift recipiant. If you are not sure exactly what they want- short or long sleeve; neck or not etc, a gift certificate would be a good idea. Alot of people are picky about the style of rashguard they wear
