No - he said he had someone bring Shields to him, and that Shields watched the wrapping and then said he was fine with it and left, and then comes back and tries to get back in with no reason to.

Also, Dana addressed the wraps thing in the presser, Jake had a look but then wanted someone else to have a look which i believe is not protocal, the commision said its done and also that the taping was taken off and given to the commission after the fight as per protocal as well i believe.
