/o:pUWSD-Ultimate Warrior Sports Development, LLC today announced the main event for their upcoming UWC – INVASION show which takes place Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the GMU-Patriot/st1:placenameCenter/st1:placetype in the Washington/st1:city, DC/st1:state/st1:place metropolitan market.This will be the UWC’s third show and official entrance into mainstream MMA. UWC is signing a mix of UFC vets, up-and-comers, from MMA stars’ teams, and notable standouts from the established promotions on the verge of stardom themselves.An indication of the profile of this company is the main event which features The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) and UFC vets Pete Spratt vs. Jason Von Flue.With a combined eighteen years of MMA fighting between Von Flue and Spratt this fight has both the potential for standup fireworks and deep strategy.
/o:pAs part of coach Matt Hughes’ team on TUF 2 Von Flue defeated coach Rich Franklin’s student Jorge Gurgel before losing to Joe Stevenson in the finals. Von Flue has also fought Alex Karalexis, Luke Cummo, and Joe Riggs in the UFC as well as Ralph Gracie’s Luke Stewart and headliner Cung Le in Strikeforce.

Ford, step up and take the fight. The video I saw of the first fight shows Spratt handling you. You got a nice reversal, the round ended, you cheap shotted the shit out of him when he clearly let his guard down.
No matter what you want to say, the win wasn't legit. Step up and prove the win was legit. This is the most interest one of your fights is ever going to garner imo, so take the fight.
