Got my tickets for TUF finals and the Ultimate Fight Night, but could only afford the standing tickets cos we're doing 3 events in 3 weeks.
Has anyone stood at a UFC at the Hardrock Hotel before? Any tips? Get there early and queue?
get to the hard rock early. the joint is a really small venue. you should be able to see pretty good from the standing area. plus you're close to the bar! on top of that, they'll have a large screen if you have trouble seeing.
The expensive VIP seats look like they're not ringside, why are they the choice "VIP" seats, any idea?
I stood for the TUF 2 finale and it sucked ass. I paid 100 bucks to stand on my tip toes and watch a screen. It was really not a good time personally.
The VIP seats are not exactly ringside. They are elevated on the stage right behind the first 6 rows of ringside seats and provide a much better view than the ringside seats, other than first row.
Also most of the fighters are sitting there as opposed to rindside.
Bummer.. so get there early it is then. Tickets are damn pricey off the UFC now.
