This one works and is much simpler/easy to remember than the flip em over or turn to trip escapes.

never seen it executed in a real fight. anyone? rncs are pretty locktight, and usually in a back mount situation on the ground as opposed to standing.

I’m not a great technical bjj guy, but I’ve got some great moves. Among them a nice standing RNC. I slap it on Tightand lift & twist it a little bit. I’m sure An expert could get out of it. You don’t see it landed in mma or grappling much.

I’ve choked a few people out with my standing RNC though. I’ve got strong shoulders & upper body strength. I was at a bar few years back this drunk loud mouth younger guy. He was being rowdy had bumped into me a few times. I asked him to chill out & he asked if I wanted togo outside.

Bar is getting ready to close. And I can tell this punk is looking for a fight. He comes over and stands by my gf & I bumps into me yet again. Smirks at his buddy

I give him a wtf look he steps toward me talking shit. I duck around him , slap a RNC on him and he’s out super fast drop him to the floor. A bunch of guys with him start protesting , threatening me. I stand with my back to the bar while 5 guys say they wanna fight & come out side

I was like line up I’ll smoke you one at a time. The drunk fool wakes up & even he says he wants another go at it . Lol the bartender girls kicked them all out & bought me a drink.
