Andre: on the lapel choke from Mount, before you sneak in that 2nd hand, do you have you weight shifted a little bit to the side opposite the arm under the head so as to counteract any upas? and do you wanna have his head turned to that same side kinda like how Saulo explains in his no-gi set while explaining the kata-gatame from the mount?

The thing is, once you trap the hand with your chest, it doesnt take long to get your second hand into the lapel. I try to keep the head turned just long enough for me to get my hand in, but once its in I dont care if Im rolled. It is just as easy to finish from the bottom.
