Is this another one of those books that says "Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu" on the cover, but inside it is actually full of wrestling, shootfighting, and Catch-as-Catch-Can moves?

I got it off amazon.com for 99 bucks. It's huge, but the photos are black and white, plus the descriptions are hard to follow.
That being said, it is very comprehensive, with about five hundred pages of techniques from every position.
Overall it's low quality but high quantity ...

I love the books where its showing a de la riva sweep.
