I am sure you can get a couple copies of his fight from someody, he has fought at least a few times on KOTC PPV. He has good hands and his ground isn't that bad either. Heck you might even find one of his fights on those KOTC DVD's you can find at Video stores.

Art Santore got bloodied up (busted eyes and/or broken nose) in the very first striking exchange against Hallman student Justin Davis at the October 2004 Sport Fight.
Davis seemed to be getting the better of the exchanges (though Art was game) and had the fight stopped a couple times to check Santore's cuts/bleeding. He hung in there, eventually landing in Davis' guard and laying down some serious GnP until Davis tapped to strikes unable to defend himself. Santore showed suprising resiliency and grit.
Technically - he may not be a striking threat unless you're off your game. However, if he takes you down...you're in for a long night, bro.
