2 fights in any Indie promotion and he’s in the UFC automatically. It’s coming from MMA into boxing that’s not really that big of a deal anymore.

I feel like he won state in HS too, but cant confirm
Not Terance Crawford but former cruiserweight champ O’Neal Bell won a state title in high school before he started boxing as well.

Want Kermit Cintron or somebody have an extensive wrestling background before he went into boxing? I thought he would do very well in MMA until I saw him fight margarito. He didn’t seem to handle being bullied well.
To be fair to Cintron though, his losses to Margarito occurred before the Mosley fight when the Mexican was exposed as a cheater. Yeah, it’s easy to bully your opponents when you’re fighting with loaded gloves.
