everybody was on steroids and I mean EVERYBODY! They all lied about it and so Belfort was honest. How in the world he got tagged with that moniker is beyond me.

I’ll never forget renting a VHS of UFC Brazil from Blockbuster in 1999.
My teenage friends and I would go on to write VITOR in toliet paper across lawns of homes we’d TP.
I’ll never forget his return to the “new” UFC when he ruined Marvins face.
Or when he “beat” Randy, I was there live.
But I would love to forget the time I bought front row Strikeforce tickets to see him fight Overeem. That one hurt.

dude, I was a pro wrestling fan from 1985-2002, and an nhb/mma fan since 1994. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many of my favs have retired. and not only retired in pro wrestling, but died as well. royce, tank, tito, liddell, hendo, belfort, etc. man really sucks when its over for them. HOPEFULLY juicy vitor shows up in rizin or something. (maybe vs cro-cop?)

Most people he fought were on steroids too. Liddell, Randy, Overeem, Jones, Rumble, Tito. Every single one of them was on roids.
Belfort was an incredible 7-1 when fighting in Brazil, and the list of opponents he beat there is impressive. He also finished all (by the 2nd round) but one of them in Brazil. His only loss was to another Brazilian (Souza). It is fair to question what he was allowed to take when fighting there, though - even after drug testing improved.
Belfort wins in Brazil:
- Wanderlei (the young, 22 yr old version) - Pride Champ
- Rumble Johnson - fought for the UFC belt
- Bisping - UFC champ
- Hendo x2 - Pride, Strikeforce, Rings' King of Kings, UFC Tourney Champ & fought for UFC belt (did beat Vitor when fight was held in the US)
- Rockhold - UFC Champ
- Marquardt - Pancrase Champ & fought for UFC belt
