I wanted to comment on this individually but since I have seen it on every thread with dates from today it's starting to piss me off.

and then Couture states he is not retiring.. he is resigning from the ufc. Fedor vs Couture WILL happen...mark my words

I think Dana means that his contract will expire in longer than three months.

When he announced he was coming back at the beginning of this year, he said he signed a four fight, two year deal.

Which means randy will be 46 when it expires in 2009.

Does that even apply if you go to another country?

I'm pretty sure it applies even if you go to another planet. Most of the terms of the UFC contract protect the UFC throughout the universe.
