I find the ring better. Cages are kinda shitty when your there live.
The cage helps the wrestler and stronger opponent and can be a big advantage if you know how to use it. i witnessed this at IFC when Bill beat Tom Sauer.
It was Bills first cage fight and Tom Utilized it much better but Mahood still managed to prevail. The ring allwos for better technique on the ground to be more relevent. Technique dwindles when you are bunched against the fence.
