Heard it all before about bad back fixes but, Ok, ok, ....sub.
The only cure for back pain is the sweet release of death.
Would like to add that doing small excercises like superman's are good for building up the intial back strength and making sure you sit up straight too! Idk if that's already been said but I didn't feel like going through the entire forum.
You could have really shortened this and just said....yoga

I haven't tried this specific routine, but daily movement practice is absolutely essential for me to even get out the door and go to work every day. I still do the old "Warrior Wellness" from Scott Sonnon every morning as soon as my feet touch the ground.
