The cure for back pain

There is a difference in being sore and being in pain where you cant stand up straight when you get out of bed, injuries are different than just sore.

Heavy lifting as you get older is a recipe for disaster. Heavy lifting in general is retarded unless that’s how you make a living.

I could not disagree more…and not my experience…

Up the intensity but lower the weight. Also lift with a full ROM and make it about movements and not muscles.
