She had zero wrestling but did ok grappling and getting back up, she didn’t panic from that arm triangle.

Might win a world title but don’t think he ever gets to an elite level.

Yeah I don’t see it with Zayas either. Cotto and Trinidad’s talent lept off the screen when you watched them.

All these guys are bigger than Inoue. Carrington from what I’ve seen is lacking foot speed. He’s pretty basic just walking you down and heavily reliant on that shoulder roll and needs to get close to do his work. Unless he’s able to hurt Inoue consistently, Inoue is going to be using his elite foot speed, cutting angles and Carrington will be on the receiving end of a lot of combos, I think it will be difficult for him to get his counter game off. Inoue will be freezing him in there like he does with everyone else.

Same for me. He should have been destroying someone like that.

He’s a talent for sure but not a mega talent. A lack of real power is going to be an issue for him too because he looks big at 154, will surely have to move up soon and I think will struggle to really hurt bona fide 160s and 168s.

I don’t want to be overly critical because he’s still just 21 but it’s probably more likely that he peaked earlier in his development than most fighters and has leveled off rather than having a ton of untapped potential left despite his age.

Diamond Dallas page didn’t hit his wrestling peak until he was damn near 40!

He’s a machine!

Agreed. Didn’t see future superstar last nite

She’s fighting Claressa next I read?

Boxing star Ryan Garcia was arrested on Saturday and charged with felony vandalism by the Beverley Hills Police Department after being accused of causing over $15,000 in damages at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, per ESPN’s Mike Coppinger.

He may also be facing a charge of public intoxication.

Garcia was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for “evaluation and treatment” after complaining about a medical issue once in jail.

Garcia’s attorney, Darin Chavez, said the arrest happened at “an extraordinarily challenging time for Ryan, as he has been grappling with devastating news regarding his mother’s health” and released the following statement:

“Ryan has been open about his struggles with mental health over the years, and at this time he is dealing with an immense emotional burden. The support and understanding from fans and the public are crucial as he navigates these personal challenges. We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the resources he needs. Our team is committed to ensuring that he receives the appropriate help and care to address both his immediate and long-term well-being. We ask for continued support and compassion as Ryan focuses on his family and his health at this time.”

I agree with that about him levelling off. I think he is probably as good as he will get pretty much (give him a little room for experience though).

I think only being 21 is going to work against him somewhat as his days at 154 will be numbered as he physically matures and, as I mentioned, he is not a terrifying puncher even there.

Manny Pacquiao will face RIZIN MMA fighter Chihiro Suzuki in a 150lbs boxing exhibition on July 28 in Japan.

Fuck that. He should fight Eddie hall
