I just read his wiki. Somehow his hilarious political demise had evaded my radar. He filed for unemployment in 2021 while a member of the huntington beach city council, having a net worth of approximately $20 million, and resigned 4 months later, less than 6 months after being sworn in.

You have to use your “Get The Gist” filter with Tito. He stumbles over words and fucks up what he’s trying to say, buy you get the gist. We know what he meant.
People actually do that a lot in everyday life and everyone just rolls with it. You don’t want to be the guy that calls it out. It’s uncool and trifling. It’s funny on the internet though. Tito himself probably laughs at these vids.
