Those elbows

Not a fan of them. North / south to the temple. I don't complain much about techniques but this don't seem like a technique. Phone Post 3.0

That's not North/south. .. Phone Post

Back of the head. Prob learned it at Greg Jackson's academy of "Get some fans".

Josh's ear is on the back of his head?

Those were clearly legal and damn impressive.

Those were nasty. Phone Post 3.0

They were arcing elbows. The forearm was horizontal on impact, Phone Post 3.0

I thought it was Mohawk rule? Phone Post 3.0

Maybe not north/south but the only way I could think to describe.

Those elbows hit the temple. Phone Post 3.0

Nobody ever did any damage with elbows. Cheap tactic.

You must be a fan of wrestlers.

It's more legit than knee cap stomps, foot stomps, open hand pawing, hand on the to avoid knees or cage assisted takedowns (which is pretty much what josh was trying)

I'd like to see more fighters use this tech. Especially since it's available when guys try to use the cage to help finish a take down.

JDS could've tried this against Cain at least a dozen times. I'm actually interested in seeing Brown vs Cain because of this Phone Post 3.0

Josh is a friend of mine but those were legal and I'm in favor of 12/6 being legal too. Phone Post 3.0
