I like Eddie, but he can’t fight for shit.
He lost to The Mountain, who moves like one.
Had to play the rule technicality game to win his strongman title.
Leave Hooper out of it! He’s busy dominating strongman. Brian Shaw? Only 3 outcomes there:
1 & 2: One of them somehow actually manages to land some haymaker somewhat early.
3: Neither lands, they both die of exhaustion and judges need to come up with something out of it.

Eddie is way too small for Shaw.
He had to put one foot in the grave juicing and fattening up just to weigh more equal and compete in strongman. Brian Shaw is just like that normally.
Eddie still hits like a fucking truck but not sure he’d even reach Shaw.

Absolutely not.
Just that he doesn’t have to try nearly as hard as Eddie for that size.
“Normally” probably not the best word
More normally I guess. Has a much larger natural frame to juice up. And Eddie is no small frame himself but Shaw is fucking massive.

Strongman Eddie does not look built to last at all.
I remember his wife was worried he was going to die and he had to promise to stop once he won.
