The first real super fight in quite sometime. I am extremely hyped for this contest between two entirely different animals.
It’s a battle of samurais; Tony the Ronin and Khabib the Shoguns son.
I know Khabibs father understands that Tony will be Khabibs toughest challenge to date and quite possibly for the remainder of his career.

Thing is, we really don't know how that fight is gonna go. Hopefully, an exciting one. Who knows, maybe Khabib can simply take him down easy and maul him, in a repeat of many of his bouts. Hopefully not, I want some epic moments.
Until this fight happens, the belt is always in question.
Khabib got the belt on a questionalble opponent and Tony lost his interim belt for no real reason.
Both these guys need to fight to settle this.
Tony needs to stay healthy, Khabib needs to make weight and stay healthy.
This will solidify the 155 belt and get rid of ANY questions.

They have the same win streak though and Tony was crowned Champ before Khabib.
This is the fight everybody wants. I am not even that interested in GSP vs Khabib. Ferguson and Khabib are 2 killers in their absolute prime! This fight needs to happen!

Khabib picked up the belt from ragin' Al and I don't really consider that a real championship deciding title fight.
Granted he fought Conor who was stripped so that did give credibility to his title.
He fought Porier though who won the interim while Khabib sat out so I don't really consider that unifying the title either because Porier was not someone everyone had a lot of thought about when it came to taking the title.
Tony was the guy who people had questions about when it came to unification. Khabib needs to fight Tony or there will always be questions.
This should have happened long before this and I know it was set up and fell through but it should happen.
A lot of this happens because the UFC needs solid interim title belt rules about what what makes the need worthwhile and also they need ot have rules about when a belt gets stripped because a fighter cannot or will not defend.

Exactly and well put. At this point it has not just become a Title Fight, but a Super Fight. That’s how great this match up is! It’s bigger, better and more interesting than GSP Vs. Khabib.
