And as I stood there ( after standing up, I felt like I had got shot) trying to get my breath back with my arms over my head, I keep hearing Bas Rutten in my head .This was making my laugh, but I couldnt breathe, so laughing was making it worse. Once I could breathe again, it didnt hurt any more .

beleive me, once was enough :-) damn did that hurt. It was funny, though once I was able to relax and get a full deep breath or two, I was fine and ready to go again.( With my elbow noticablly closer to my side)
