This list differs slightly from that <a href="http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/news/439544/Top-20-submissions-in-UFC-history/" target="_blank">composed last week by FoxSports.com</a>, but either way it is full of amazing UFC moments that pay homage to jiu-jitsu:</span></p>
