Which clubs/academies would you guys consider to be in the top 10 or 20 for BJJ in the U.S.?

I think that I would have to say American Top Team. It seems that they have been laying the smack down on everyone.

I think it would be cool to have a team competition on the east coast then a team compitition on the west coast and have the winners face each other for the team championship.
