I think it's Cruz, Silva and Jones.
I'll give the overall edge to Cruz. Jones is tough to hit because of his reach. Silva is tough to hit because people are scared to even try to hit him. Cruz is just great on his feet and hard to keep up with.
Good thoughts all, i think in hindsight, the mention of "a defensive thread" in the title was misleading. I think the bottom line is if the guys are getting hit or not but it could be a result of their offensive output as well ("0the best defense is a good offense"). Sometimes guys with good chins too can be misleading cuz they get hit but can take the hits without showing any effect.

While it may be true that the best defense is a good offense we all know that every one takes shots back. In fact they ALL have to take a huge shot back at least from time to time too. ALL Except 1 fighter! So in fact it would have been a great and perfect thread so long as it was made clear that one fighter per gif's we see (well we would if a blue engaged my post above) with our eyes and others will never see per my challenge to this forum was the best by FAR defensively and the question is who may be second?
