Hi guys. Has anyone got veneers on their teeth and train bjj? I'm getting them done tomorrow. My dentist recommends against it but says if I have to at least wear a gum shield.
Its not going to stop me training but they are a £2,500 investment (about $4,000), so any advice would be hugely welcome. Thanks a lot!

My teammate has some awesome veneer work done becuz of his profession he has to be photogenic... he is also a bad ass black belt. He has a custom mouth piece that was done by a local dentist. U should be fine!
