                <p><p>I just stopped smoking. Im starting to go to more Muay Thai at Sityodtong. I want to take a fight by January. I need to get down to 195 lbs.. I'm @ 209 right now and already feeling a lot faster and much stronger. I hope I can lose the weight and keep the power. I start sparring in 2 weeks. Should be fun I still need to get shin guards, hopefully I can order some from Kirik before then.</p></p>
