I agree who cares if it is a title fight as long as Arlovsky gets next shot. Not that Mir has done anything to deserve a title shot but who really cares. He's just going to get the living shit kicked out of him anyway.
Lets see. Arlovsky gets knocked out of a title fight because Sylvia comes up positive and then he has to fight Cabbage. Now Mir gets the shot at Sylvia and the title before Arlovsky. That is a screw job especially being bumped by Mir who has nothing for either one of them to be worried about. Hell why even train if you have to fight Mir? His cardio is so bad he will still gas out before you do.
Tim screwed himself and he should be the one who has to wait for the next shot. Simple as that .

If you read the article, it says Arlovski is hurt and can't fight until October at the earliest. That is why Sylvia/Mir is a title match.

Silvia should not be able to come back from a drug suspension and fight for a title. Now he has failed twice. Mir and Sylvia should fight but not for the title and the winner of that should face Arlovsky for the title.

Incorrect. Sylvia did not fail the last test. He passed it, but it did not come back in time and the UFC could not take the chance, so they pulled him. When the test results did come back, Sylvia was clean.

I totally agree with Freeman. Frank has not beaten anyone of note in the UFC to gain a title shot. Arlovski has fought and beat tough guys. He deserves it.
