Though Cro Cop hasn't performed as well as most have hoped, i doubt he would be considered a waste of money. The guy puts fans in seats. Remember also that UFC 70 was only free in the US, it was PPV everywhere else. Cro Cop has a lot more international draw than Franklin, no slight on Franklin he is just more well known here in the states.

'Mirko was the biggest waste of money in UFC history.
Rich Franklin is the best buy they ever got, Mirko is yet to put on a performance ala Franklin/Tanner, Franklin/Louiseau or better yet Franklin/Quarry. What a disappointment he has been truly.

This is true, but he did put on a perfomance much like Franklin/Silva, except he didn't get beat down as much, he only got his head kicked in.

No, he is where he should be. The first guy he fights that has a decent ground game and nice hands will OWN him
clearly Werdum and Machida contracts were bought from the orgs (Pride/WFA) as Zuffa wouldn't pay them that much .. Bisping was their own self created star and he got $24K to fight in his own country
