Fighting is a tough game though. I guess like any sport. You train for years perfecting your craft & then a young guy comes in & just kicks your ass because you got old lol.

I missed the JDM fight. Did he look like shit? Saw the split decision score
Jdm allowed Bassil to get on top and control by jumping for guillotines. If he didnât do that Bassil would have went 0 for 20 on takedowns.

Bassil was hurt and had his back to the fence but JDM couldnât stop himself from grappling.

Yeah, if youâre not blinded by the back story, youâd see it was pretty clear rounds 2 and 3 were JDM. The scoring in this sport is based on #1 damage. So you donât even look at the next criteria unless that criteria is even, which it absolutely was not. Taking somebody down, holding them and doing minimal damage, doesnât win rounds when youâre getting pieced up on the feet.
