The way that guy goes on about PEDs, I can only assume that if he was on them someone would've came out and called him up on it. I mean he's said he has ended friendships because guys have offered him PEDs.

This is just my opinion but I feel like the people most vocal about PED abuse are users. I think the reason why is that they are doing it to gain an edge over the field and when everyone else is using it pisses them off. They want to be the only one using. They feel entitled, that they should get to do it and not everyone else. Maybe they have greater knowledge of how to beat the tests then everyone else, so they feel like with tougher testing they would be the only one who would be able to use and get away with it.

This. There are some guys who have 100% pass rate anabolic/PED coaches, who will have a plan set for you even if your told to come in right now and piss.

Heres 5 different weigh in pics with him having 5 differing physiques though. For the record I think with him its more about him getting really out of shape between certain camps or something. The same could be said for many fighters. Also, Travis Browne has wildly altering physiques at different weigh ins as well.

I was lucky enough to be part of the security crew that walked all the fighters to the ring for UFC 115 in Vancouver.
Out of all the fighters Chuck was absolutely the most intense. You could feel the energy coming off him. I know that sounds weird but it's legit. The best physical condition of his career. For Chuck he was ripped.
The reason Dana made the statement about Chuck being permanently retired was because Chuck was still fucked after being walked to the back of the arena. Medical staff were all over him.
Pretty cool to walk him to and from the cage for the last time. Just wish it didn't end that way for him.
