UFC Ticket Prices

I haven’t posted on here in ages, but the ticket prices for UFC 309 are absolutely ridiculous so anger has drawn me out of lurking. The Sphere was obnoxious and the tickets eventually came down by as much as ~60% in price. Now looking at the MSG tickets for November and the nosebleeds are $610…who the fuck is spending $610 on nosebleed tickets? I get that it’s MSG, but Jones/Stipe and Chandler/Oliveira…that’s not $600 nosebleed worthy…I went to UFC 244 at MSG back in 2019 (Masvidal vs. Diaz) and got amazing seats for $570…seats a bit further back from those are going for a 240% higher price now…and comparable ones to what I had are going for a 620% higher price. WTF has happened…I thought people were struggling…there’s no way demand has gone up that much has it?

The last one in New Jersey Dustin vs Islam the ticket price for my usual seat went up by over 3x the amount. So I went to a local movie theater and watched it for $25. Guess I should be glad I was able to see 3 ppv’s live in my lifetime. Anderson vs Forrest will live on in infamy.

Supply and demand sets the prices, not the UFC.

Make more fucking money. This is America. If you don’t make money, then you’re a fucking douchebag.

Saying “if you don’t make money, then you’re a fucking douchebag” is a fucking douchebag thing to say.

We stopped going. The ticket prices did not match the card when they came to my closest city. We went pre covid and the prices were reasonable- the one show they had here since was insanity for a shit card.

Missmmafan has just dropped the correct with the stinging right uppercut.

I went to a fight night years ago and didn’t care for it.

Why spend hundreds (thousands) on tickets to not be able to see great, dealt with drunk and obnoxious people, and just hear BS from people for audio?

I’d rather watch at home for free
