If anyone read my other post, you understand the
reasons, but bottom line, a little fighter could use
our cheer this Xmas. I met him at Kipp Kollar’s
NAGA Chicago; he is a good kid. Santiago
Hernandez is 11 years old.

To everyone on the underground,I am santiagos
mother and i would like to thank everyone for there
support for my son. When santiago first started
combat-do he was a hand full for me and i use to
cry and pray for someone to help me! Santiago
suffers from add, adhd, and shiczsophrenic.
Master Bob has brought my son a long way, and i
call him an angel. Santiago went from having c and
d to A and B's it was a lot of hard work but still a
long journey. Now with the lost of my husband who
committed suicided in front of all of our eyes, i feel
like we are going back five steps instead. I know
that Master Bob and everyone who support him will
help him come back and fulfill his fathers
dream.(santiago to get his black belt) Carlos
Hernandez is always helping my son out in
kickboxing ( a father,and fighter from combat-do) I
just want to say thank you to everyone!! Maryellen....
From Master Bob
Santiago has been getting about two letters a day
some clothing and a great Gameness Gi. He has
been in better spirits since the letters started
coming in and he competed Sunday he took third
in gi and 4th in no gi. He is still alittle mixed up and
wasn't himself in competition but he is not as
withdrawn. Time does heel all wounds Thanks to
all of your generosity he really looks forward to the
cards and letters. Merry Chritsmas Master Bob
Combat-Do Chritsmas party is sunday at 4:00pm
lots of food dancing singing demo's and fun at the

He is having a very hard time right now and hasn't
been in class, He is suppose to be in class today!
He has been real quite and back to eating to much
and not caring about anything. His mom is real
worried about his mental state. Pray Christmas
cards always show someone that you care so take
two minutes and send him a card. Thanks Master
