On Sunday, June 4th, the day after MFC 7 'RUSSIA v USA', PRIDE World Champion Fedor Emilianenko will be hosting his first ever USA seminar and master class! Fedor, broadly acknowledged as the top MMA competitor in the world for the last 5 years, brings his knowledge and experience to the USA in a teaching atmosphere for the first time! Do not miss this chance to train and meet a champion!

Fedor will review all aspects of MMA, including conditioning, stand up fighting, takedowns and ground fighting and submissions.
