Have them produce the signature and tracking number, and verify that it was one of the 21 tracking numbers that your secretary shows.
Of course the driver is going to say it's not on his truck - if a package is lost, it comes out of HIS paycheck!!
Keep after the good folks at UPS - they'll let the issue die if you are willing - let them know that you want your package!! It is THEIR responsibility to get it to YOU!
