I think he has the tools of a McGregor innately. What he lacks is the same mental build, the natural confidence, the bravado, also like McGregor said he's one hell of a clean fighter, not a scratch on him. Hall has been scratched up, but when he puts it all together he's truly a sight to behold as a fighter. Being in the same building as the great one should enable his full capabilities one more time.
