I agree with Schaub saying its conors best matchup and chance at the belt. Seeing how he plowed through an aggressive striker like RDA was so impressive though
Love Joe but that was shit. Completley missed the fact that RDA was slipping lefts through Eddies guard at will. Eddie only caught RDA with a wide looping right hook that Conor can easily counter and land first with his straight left. And Eddie is not a good wrestler. I've said this in numerous threads. He has decent MMA wrestling. Nothing special. He's strong and is good at muscling people...grinding people...his takedowns are very average. His best attributes are his toughness, his heart, the fact that you can't break his spirit. He also has very good footwork and technical boxing, but he often gets away from that and gets wild with his looping shots. That will cost him. And he's been dog tired in half the fights I've seen him in. This cardio machine nonsense is crap. This fight should be heavily favored for Conor. It's a beautiful matchup for him.
Eddie will be diving for a takedown within seconds of the fight starting.

Damn you bring upsome great points actually, RDA was definitely cracking and pressuring Eddie. Cant believe that hook landed and honestly a true testament to how tough RDA was that he survived that entire blitz lol. I still don't know much about Eddies grappling though as most of his more recent fights hes used it defensively
