Emotion #13 - What makes that guy one of the "best trainers in the world" again? I missed that part.
when he was a MT trainer i always introduced him as one of the top MT trainers in the world. so now he trains mma so i introduce him as such.
Also, part of what makes him a top trainer is that he is like a dad to his students. has a fighter house and really takes care of his team/students. plus his resume is pretty solid as well.
I wonder if he would be a good K-1 trainer. K-1 needs some good american fighters....along with some dough.

Douche - Tompkins' fighters tend to be too formulaic. They lack the ability to adapt against adversity. Tompkins' fighters use the exact same striking combinations over and over and are extremely predictable.
That only seems like a problem with his homegrown guys.

Name 3 striking coaches in MMA that are better than him? He has worked with some of the best in the game, and they have all had great success while with him. Not to mention from all accounts, he is a great person. Not sure why some people like to hate.
