Come join us for a great day of competition in a fun modified mixed martial arts format. The format of this tournament allows the participant to use kicks, punches, throw/takedowns, pins and submissions in a controlled way. This is one of the best formats for being able to use a variety of techniques, while keeping all of the competitors as safe as possible. Let us emphasize that this is not a full-contact, knock out style tournament. For all of the details, please check out the rules link below. Schedule of Events:
11am - 12 noon: Registration for all competitors
12 noon: Mandatory Rules review for all competitors
12:15pm: Kids Divisions Start
2pm: Tenative Start for the Adults Divisions

Parking: There is limited parking at the tournament site. You can park anywhere in the front of the building and there are 4 reserved spots in the back. If those spaces are filled, please go about 1 block Northeast to the Top Food and Drugs parking lot. It is a 1 minute walk to the tournament site.
Cost: $30 Pre-registered, $35 Day of Event
Format: Single Elimination
Awards: Trophies for 1st place and medals for 2nd and 3rd place. Participation medals for all other kids competitors.
