Went to some MMA and kickboxing matches in Oss, Holland sat. Pretty cool matches and very cheap(was only 20-25 Euro!). Pardoel runs a tight program, his fighters killed. Odd thing was that they weren't allowed to strike to the face once it went to the ground, then in the last match they were allowed to... can anyone clear this up, I don't speak Dutch- so I have no clue what they were saying. Also, is this a rule in the Neatherland, or just this event? Was def. interesting to see how fights differ from the one over in the states.
A friend of mine ran this event, it was mostly an amateur event so no head strikes on the ground.

Some of those old Dutch Mix-Fight highlights I saw an awful lot of palm strikes. Always wondered about that.
