I have a feeling Cain might be a little gun shy so Werdum will be able to pick him apart from the outside using jabs and straights. If Cain applies pressure like the first fight, I feel Werdum's clinch will be more than enough to handle it.

Cain's best option is to take Werdum down and try to ground n pound him out. Even so, Werdum is a wizard off his back.

I'm going to go with Werdum by TKO.

I don't see why the elevation is even being mentioned. Werdum showed that no matter where the fight goes he has the advantage. Cain having better cardio won't change that.
