Those elbows by Browne are signature strikes. Gotta give him credit. It's a sequence we definitely don't see enough. Leon Edwards is another fighter who uses the standing elbow very well

Seriously, what can he do?  He is absolutely screwed.  He can not stop the TD and lacks an elite ground game to sub him.  Khabib will once again show he has better striking, just as he did vs MJ, Barboza and Conor.  Fear of the takedown changes everything.

Conor does too, had a "Travis Browne elbows knockout" before Browne did.  The issue with Khabib is he will not put himself in positions like that and is very smart securing takedowns.

This seems like his best chance to win. He will get taken down a few times and has to escape without too much damage. Kabibs striking is much improved so the window for Porier to win is very small.

Keep the fight in the center of the cage. Pressure Khabib & box him up.

Every one of Khabibs opponents backed up to avoid the takedown & were afraid to strike.

Khabibs takedowns are not very good when he’s off the cage. See the Iaquinta fight.

Dustin needs to pressure forward, let his hands go & stay away from the cage. Easier said than done but that is the gameplan

So hard is you can't just spam sprawls against Khabib

He can literally get hold of any part of your body (ankle pick / body lock whatever) and you are going down

And then the Dagestani prison rape begins 

Khabib is slightly over confident standing at times because of the TD security for him and threat to opponent 

Dustin's only hope really is to get lucky on feet or have such good defense on ground that he can bust KN whilst being on his back
