What Was Up With Rogan at the Weigh-ins????

Was it just me, or did Mr. Rogan (who I enjoy by the way) see a bit......off?

He unusually messed up a few things- mispronouncing names that he has known and said before & saying weigh t classes wrong (like with Pennington's weight).

Just wondering if a certain plant in Dallas is different than in Colorado or Cali? Phone Post 3.0
