There's a lot of debate about whether overeem is "top 10" or not, but I think many of us would agree that it would be nice to see him in the UFC to have an opportunity to test himself against the fighters there. If so, what type of contract do you think it would take? What type of dollar figures do think would be appropiate? What other contract stipulations do you think would be in there?

True, and strikeforce has shown little inclination to strip him, despite not having defended his belt for long periods in the past (similar to the Randy/UFC situation for a while I suppose). I guess for the sake of discussion let's assume that problem magically went away(yes ridiculous I know, lol)
I believe that he will eventually go to the UFC so he can win the HW belt and be the first fighter to earn HW belts in every major MMA organization still in existence!
A fight with Brock or Cain or JDS would be huge and generate lots of interest from fans and the media. Sooner or later the Fedor fight will happen based on the lack of depth of the Strikeforce HW division.
I just hope whatever he happens he keeps fighting and putting on exciting fights!
I believe Cain would test him on the ground and JDS would match him in KO power if not even more.

Dude is juiced to the gills. I've competed in baseball division 1 and also fought pro in mma. I have seen plenty of guys juiced. Aerts and LeBanner were def juiced out too. I love watching Overeem fight, he looks like a comic book character. I would love to see him fight clean in the UFC to see where ge really stands.

From my point of view I look at each fight as a test. Going to the UFC would allow him to test himself against opponents there. The opponents you mentioned would also be good tests, if an organization can make the fight happen. Strikeforce still hasn't announced an opponent for his next defence, hopefully they will soon, or he gets an opportunity to fight other worthy opponents in mma
And there is a reason most guys shrunk after they came to the UFC. Not saying guys army cycling right in the UFC but it's much more difficult when you are at least getting tested.

I'm sure that if he showed up on Dana's doorstep and said gimme a contract...That Dana would oblige him.
i think it's much more likely now than ever before for reem to join the ufc. he's accomplished his goal of winning the k-1 finals, becoming the best mma fighter in the world is probably next on that list. and let's face it, you have to be a ufc champ to be considered the best mma fighter in the world by the masses
