Jorge is the man.  Awesome teacher and competitor.  I will be watching on Friday and rooting for him.

Big props to McInnes today. He put on a clinic with Diego, a former ADCC competitor. Andrew was up on points from the beautiful sweep, a near back take and some close submissions including that 50/50 heel hook, but got caught with a quick kneebar with only 27 seconds to go. He is seriously legit and showed that he belongs at the highest levels.

Andrew is pretty hard on himself, but I think everybody there would agree that it was awesome to watch.

Props to Jorge, too, for putting it on the line against Ryan Hall, one of the best in the world. I hope his knee is okay.

wow, great match for mcinnes! He had Diego in trouble a few times.
