Hey guys
What are better Judo instructionals? By that I mean quality of Judo instruction in the video, no overlap, price etc.
Mike Swain (world martial arts)
or
Dave Williams (Island)?

I haven't seen the Swain tapes, and I just started watching the
Dave Williams series, but from my perspective as someone who
has taken BJJ for a while but knows little about throws and how to
set them up, the Williams series is great and at $60 for the five
disc set, is a heck of deal.
